Humor Club Contest Rules
1. Description: Void where prohibited. The Humor Club Contest is one in which we ask you to send in your real life stories of how Humor has changed your life and made you Healthier. Humor for your Health Ltd. will select a winner monthly, with the Grand Prize Winner selected in January. All entries become the sole property of Humor for your Health Ltd. and will not be returned.
2. Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of Canada and U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico). This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. Entrants under the age of majority are eligible to win the prizes described herein, provided that the winning entrant's parent(s) or legal guardian accepts the prize on his/her behalf.
3. To Enter: Follow the instructions on www.humorforyourhealth.com site, click the 'News and Contest' icon, look for 'Humor Club.' Send your stories to our office before the last day of each month by means of Email, Fax or mail. Please address it as “Humor Club Contest.” Only one entry per person / per household will be accepted per month. Please include with your story your Name, Mailing Address, Phone, Email and Age (provide legal guardian's name(s) where necessary.) Humor for your Health Ltd. is not responsible for lost or misplaced entries to us. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of entrants received. The winners will be contacted by phone or email within two days of the decision date. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within (5) days, or if the entrant does not meet all of the contract conditions, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. By entering the contest, entrants or the parents/legal guardians of entrants if under the age of majority, consent to the use of their names and city of residence without payment or compensation. Humor for your Health Ltd. and persons with whom they are domiciled are not responsible for any prizes awarded or not awarded as a result of technical, mechanical, computer, or other similar errors, however caused.
4. Winner Selection Prizes: Monthly Prizes: One (1) Autographed Humor for your Health Guidebook – Value $ 25.00 will be awarded. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of a (75) Seventy-Five minute Keynote Speech on The Humor for your Health Message from Dan Gascon-President and Founder of Humor for your Health Ltd. - Value $ INVALUABLE ! ( $ 2500.00.) Further details will be arranged with the Grand Prize winner. Winner must assume responsibility for any costs and all taxes associated with the prize.
5. The winning entrant of the Grand Prize (or his or her parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the age of majority) must sign a standard form releasing Humor for Your Health Ltd., their agents, directors, officers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of this contest including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in the grand prize as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules.
6. The decisions of the contest judges are final. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash. All names and story winners will be posted on the Humor for your Health Website.
7. Humor for your Health Ltd. does not sell your names and information.
8. The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw the 'Humor Club Contest' at any time without notice.
